REFUNDS AND RETURNS

As all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products. If your item is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order.

SHIPPING

Customers can collect in person from Rotherham S63, please contact us via email or socials to arrange collection once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming this. UK Mainland postage is a flat rate of £5. All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel depending on the weight and measurements of the parcel. Tracking is always provided. Unfortunately, due to global circumstances, we are unable to ship anywhere else at present, including Northern Ireland, Ireland, EU or the USA.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Our production turnaround is 5-10 working days from payment. This is our production timescale only, please allow an additional 3 working days for postage. We aim to dispatch orders ASAP, but during busy periods it may be the full 10 working days.

 

Rush orders for turnaround within 3 working days are available for an additional fee. Please pop us a message and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.
